Is it just me, or is there something truly wonderful about playing hand drums? I know perhaps that we of the drummer breed can sometimes get on the nerves of all of those around us, but you must understand that it is beyond our control at times. Those of us who have embraced the hand drum as a way of playing music and expressing ourselves have come to understand that the hand drum actually puts a beat into our heart, and to our DNA. Believe it or not, it is true. This beat is the rhythm of our lives and we cannot deny it.
