When my company changed over from our old databases software, I was regretting the fact that we had to make the change.  Database systems have always been difficult for me to understand, and I have never seemed to connect with a service person to help me move along in my business.  There was a clear difference with Microsoft.  Their access database consulting team were gifted in making people like me understand the smaller things about the program.  Not only were they patient, but they were cheerful as we plowed through things I would have to be able to do as a business owner.  It has been a great experience.
