Angela is looking for Contact Management Software. She has a large company and needs Contact Management Software that can allow her employees  access to all the company’s contacts. She does not want her employees to have to search out contact information and she feels that with the right Contact Management Software it should be easy. Angela feels that there has been too much time wasted in trying to find a contact.  Customer relationship management is critical and needs to be a priority.
