After many years of just overusing my back and working hard, the wear and tear was finally catching up to me at my old age and I was suffering from sciatic nerve pain. Most of the time it felt like my back was just hurting and prescription medication helped relieve it but there were times that I had flare ups where I became incapable of doing much and just had to stay in bed because the pain was unbearable. But my doctor had given me a few different exercises that I could try to help with the pain and prevent flare ups.
