Sinus tarsi syndrome is mostly a disorder can occur in the ankle. The sinus tarsi is the canal involving a pair of bones of the ankle joint. The injury can happen in a couple situations. The first is in an ankle strain, the ligaments inside the sinus tarsi can also get stretched.
