Varry your workouts as much as possible. Every week or two try to put in some new exercises into your routine. Change rep schemes, change the amount of weight that you are using. You can even just change upyour entire workout. The amount of time you are spending in the gym is important also. The 1 weight training mistake people make in my opinion is not changing the workouts that you are doing. This will impede your progress very much. Dont fall into this trap if you want to keep on with your gains. Just try these out and see.
