You just have to focus more on the muscle building you will be doing, and the fat will melt away. If you eat foods that energize you and burn calories by causing you to exercise and motivate you to run, jog, swim or anything that requires you to move around and exercise those muscles. You need to always burn the fat feed the muscle because ultimately the muscle is going to be the work horse of your journey. As the muscles get tighter the body starts to look better and this helps you motivate yourself to continue on. Don’t underestimate exercises power to make you thin!
