This is my first FatLoss4Idiots review, and I must admit that I am a bit nervous about it, so bear with me, ok?  I was told that Fat loss 4 idiots would allow me to lose 9 pounds in 11 days.  That didn’t quite happen, but I did lose 5 pounds, which is pretty darn good if I must say so myself.  Fat loss 4 idiots offers a good guide to help you eat foods that you will like but are also good for you too.  It also offer a good variety of food choices so that you never get bored.
