So many things can effect how our bodies work.  When we become worried, or overwhelmed about something, we notice a significant change in how well our bodies work.  I know that when my stress levels get high, it seems like my hair falls out.  I don’t eat very much, and I am always aching.  I have been hearing about a study going on about Progesterone levels in the body, and how adding to it can help level out your hormones.  It makes me wonder if it is like taking an anti-depressant.  I will likely do a bit more research before diving into something like that.
