My husband and I eat a relatively healthy diet. We don’t eat fried foods and keep creams and butter and fast foods to a minimum. We eat lots of chicken and fish and vegetables. That said we still don’t eat enough fresh vegetables. I’ve been trying to educate myself about nutrition facts so that I can be proactive about our health. I want us to live long, happy and healthy lives together. Part of that is a healthy diet and regular exercise. There is a lot we can do to keep ourselves healthy and I plan to do it!
