My niece just called me to get my yearly order of girl scout cookies. I’m not sure what it is about those sweet treats, but I just love them. My favorite by far are thin mints. I can eat a whole box with a couple of cups of coffee and have been known to search for thin mint recipes to make cakes, ice cream, dessert and the likes.

Needless to say I’m my nieces best customer and her troup always seems gratefull. Now if I could just convince them to sell the cookies all year long - but then again, that might turn into a bad thing, especially when it comes to my waistline.

So now that my order has placed, I’ll just have to patiently wait until delivery time.
