How has the real estate in port aransas fared with the rest of the market in terms of foreclosures, short sells, or perhaps abandonment during the tough weather seasons? I would love to get into a beach front property but I want to make sure that my money is going to a good market. Of course no one has a crystal ball when it comes to these things, but I am sure that the past is a good predictor of the future. Has the area been able to withstand some of the other hits that have been felt across the country?
