I am trying to understand if the fact that you buy a discount product means that the product is second hand, or pre-owned. To be concrete, in this case, I want to buy some discounted mephisto shoes. When I browse the web I find different options to buy mephisto shoes. For example, there is a place, online store called Product Express, that shows some really good offers, like 30 or 40 percent off for some articles.

I presume these shoes are new of course, and they look new. But then, and for some items –not sure if for Mephisto- I usually find these pre-owned items that are used products that have been fixed or refurbished. I do not know if this is a usual practice with shoes too. Does anybody has any idea about this?. Thanks
