My ignorance of lucid dreaming seems more to be in their vocabulary than the experience of them. After reading about lucid dreams I realized that I had probably been having them all of my life. I did not know there were lucid dreams techniques, I just thought it was something everyone always did in their dreams. It was a surprise to me that everyone does not have waking moments in their dreams and as though sitting in the directors chair decide what the next step should be for all the dream players. Once I have made the call from the director’s chair I go back into the dream and see that scene through.
