When talking about Duane Shinn, the first word that comes to my mind is piano teacher extraordinaire.  He has over 300 piano lessons on DVD and CD and I could type and type and type and still probably not get them all listed for you here.  For example, he has courses on playing the piano by ear and chord courses and courses on arranging as your play and courses on embellishments and courses on blues, boggie jazz, and ragtime.  Seriously, this is just the tip of the iceburg – I could go on and on and still not finish.  (let’s be honest, I’m far too lazy to type that much – as you can tell I’m kind of partial to short and sweet blog posts.)
