Happiness is the best medicine to get over a break up
Break up in a relation leave behind many painful memories. If you have faced such fate, never let yourself down. It will make things far worse. If you remain sad, your passion for life would diminish. Your efficiency may also be affected. Only person who can help you to get over a break up, is you yourself. So, the best way is be happy. Accept everything in life. Learn a lesson from previous relation. If you learn to translate every event of your life into positive one you will stop being a Prisoner of your past and become designer of your future.
