I remember the first time that I got a credit check.  I felt very weird about somebody looking through all of my past bill payment schedules. I knew that I had not done the greatest job with keeping up the bills, but it was none of their business.  I wish they could have just seen a score, rather than the detailed report that came along with it.  From that point on I always try to get No credit check loans.  That way nobody has to go through my personal information. I am now hoping that the newest loan I applied for will go through without credit checking.
