When my children were small, we had a wonderful teaching tool here in the United States. It was called Sesame Street and every day, the characters taught at least one letter of the English alphabet. The same principle would work in teaching the Hebrew alphabet.  In this show, words were often put together in a way that engaged and amused the children, and without their knowing what was happening, they actually were learning such things as colors, time, differences such as big versus little and so on. It was a wonderful educational experience for my kids and I think this could be utilized to teach Hebrew as well.
