Keeping in touch with my customers can prove to be difficult when I am out of town. At a recent brainstorming season with company executives a motion was put forward to establish a blog. This will serve as a centralized way to disseminate information to end users. By using an automated blog CMS I can schedule posts to be released periodically whilst I am out of town. This is the ideal way to go because it eliminates the need to post manually. It will also take the work load off my assistant who has to deal with the enquiries. The other great thing about using the blog is that I can establish a FAQ for common questions or resolutions to solve pertinent problems.
