I have been working out for about six months, and I have lost some weight, but I think that I look a little too lean. Instead of having well-defined muscles, I look toned and sleek, which is not what I want. I talked to some of my body builder friends, and they have given me some pointers on how to build fast muscle. They showed me how to do the exercises, and we worked out a schedule so that I can get in the weights that I need in order to achieve my goal. I am already starting to see some good results after only two weeks.
